Jose Mourinho has verbally agreed to a two-year contract with Fenerbahce, with an option for an additional year. The move marks Mourinho’s return to management after his departure from Roma.
This is coming in the heels of his surprise new job after being drafted in by TNT Sports for their Champions League final coverage.
The 61-year-old has been out of a job since being sacked by Roma in January, but is finally returning to football.

But he will be swapping the dugout for punditry duties where he will be providing analysis of former side Real Madrid’s clash against Borussia Dortmund on Saturday – live on talksport.
TNT Sports has announced the Special One will join a star-studded team, which includes ex-talkSPORT presenter Laura Woods.
The Champions League is a trophy that has become synonymous with Mourinho, who first won the title with Porto in 2004.
And six years later he won a second European Cup, this time with Inter Milan, where he guided them to a historic treble campaign.
Mourinho is the only manager in history to win all three current recognised UEFA tournaments.
In addition to his two Champions League crowns, he also won the UEFA Cup with Porto in 2003, before triumphing in the reformed Europa League while at Manchester United in 2017.
And in 2022, he won the inaugural Europa Conference League with Roma.
No other manager in the history of football has won a major European title with four different teams.
The ex-Tottenham boss confirmed in March he plans to continue his managerial career, and aims to find a new team ahead of next season.
