Following the Imo state Governor, Anayo Rochas Okorocha’s charge for the newly appointees to remain committed to the “Rescue Mission Agenda” of his administration and to always reflect a good image of the state, the Special Assistant on Lagos Liaison/Southwest, Hon. Lisa Asugha has assured her allegiance for a greater extent and advancement.

Shortly after the swearing-in of 18 commissioners, Special Advisers and Senior Special Advisers by the governor into his cabinet, Asugha said her return to office would enable her continuous good works and programmes for the State, which is in line with the Rescue Mission government.

Few months back, it could be recalled that governor Okorocha sacked all his commissioners and political aides in a major cabinet shake-up in the state, and now has reappointed a new State Executive Council.

Governor Okorocha while swearing in the new state executives said the remaining days of his tenure would be a busy and tasking one and warned them against insolence.

In her response, Hon. Lisa Asugha assured her relentless commitment and effort in the advancement of the Rescue Mission government of governor Okorocha, which she added would make Imo the envy of every other State in Nigeria.

“It is another opportunity for me to offer my quota for the advancement of the State. We need to work beyond measures, but in line with the good vision of the Rescue Mission government of governor Okorocha, so to have a better Imo. We would execute the phase two blue print we have for Imo indigenes who are residents in Lagos and Southwest; we thank God for a successful execution of phase one,” she said.
