Delaware-Based Startup Tisabot Sets August 3 Launch for AI-Powered WhatsApp Commerce Platform

A Delaware-based technology startup, Tisabot.com, has announced plans to launch its artificial intelligence-powered conversational commerce platform on August 3, aiming to help businesses automate sales, customer support and marketing activities directly through WhatsApp.

The company said the platform was developed to address the challenges faced by millions of businesses worldwide that rely on WhatsApp for customer engagement but still manage sales and marketing processes manually through broadcasts and individual messaging.

According to the company, Tisabot functions as an AI-powered sales assistant capable of instantly responding to customer inquiries, answering questions, recommending products, following up on leads and providing round-the-clock customer support.

The platform also enables businesses to run compliant marketing campaigns through the Official WhatsApp API while using artificial intelligence to convert customer conversations into sales opportunities.

In addition to its core offering, Tisabot has partnered with ElevenLabs to introduce ShopOnTisa, a WhatsApp-based e-commerce marketplace designed to allow businesses to upload products, receive orders, answer customer questions and complete transactions without the need for a website or mobile application.

The company said its technology supports both text and voice interactions, enabling businesses to engage customers through natural conversations on a platform already widely used for daily communication.

Speaking on the vision behind the product, the company stated that it aims to become “the operating system for businesses that run on WhatsApp,” adding that the future of commerce would increasingly be driven by conversational interactions powered by artificial intelligence.

“We believe the future of commerce will be driven by conversations, where customers simply send a message and AI handles sales, support and engagement instantly,” the company said.

Tisabot is currently preparing for its minimum viable product (MVP) launch in Delaware and is seeking pre-seed funding to support product development, WhatsApp integrations, customer acquisition and team expansion.

The startup said its long-term goal is to help small and medium-sized enterprises across emerging markets grow through AI-powered conversational commerce while promoting economic growth and digital inclusion.

The announcement was contained in a statement signed by the company’s Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Israel Kehinde, on June 23, 2026.
