The immediate past governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai, will be arraigned on February 25 before a Federal High Court in Abuja over alleged cybercrime offences.
According to a hearing notice issued by the court, the case has been assigned to Justice Joyce Abdulmalik.
The three-count charge, filed by the Department of State Services (DSS), is marked FHC/ABJ/CR/99/2026. The agency accused El-Rufai of committing cybercrimes and violating provisions of the Communications Act.
