The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Professor Nentawe Yilwatda Goshwe, was among the distinguished participants at the 23rd edition of the Daily Trust Dialogue, held on Thursday at the NAF Conference Centre, Abuja.

This year’s Dialogue, themed “Nigeria’s Fourth Republic: What Is Working and What Is Not Working,” brought together key stakeholders, policymakers, scholars, and civic leaders to reflect on Nigeria’s democratic journey since the return to civilian rule in 1999, and to examine the nation’s governance challenges, achievements, and future prospects.

Professor Yilwatda’s presence underscored the APC’s commitment to constructive national engagement on democracy, governance, and institutional reform. As National Chairman of the ruling party, his participation highlighted the importance the APC places on inclusive dialogue, reflective leadership, and the continuous strengthening of national unity, party cohesion, and democratic institutions, in alignment with the administration’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

Organised by Daily Trust, one of Nigeria’s leading media organisations, the annual Dialogue remains a respected platform for robust debate and policy-oriented conversations on issues shaping the country’s political and socio-economic landscape.
