The Alex Otti 4+4 Divine Movement, a pro-Otti political support group in Abia State, has congratulated the Director General of the Governor Alex Otti Campaign Team, Rt. Hon. Agwu U. Agwu, and members of his team on their contributions to the emergence of Governor Alex Otti and the administration’s achievements.
In a congratulatory letter signed by its Chairman/Convener, Engr. Pst. Daniel Okah, the group commended Agwu for what it described as his exceptional leadership, political experience and grassroots mobilisation, which it said contributed to the historic victory of Governor Otti.
According to the Movement, Agwu’s role in the campaign helped lay the foundation for what it described as the “New Abia” being witnessed under the Otti administration.
The group also highlighted a number of projects and policies it attributed to the administration, including the reconstruction of more than 200 roads, the Port Harcourt Road project and the zero-pothole policy in Aba and Umuahia.
It listed other initiatives as the revival of the Enyimba Shoe and Garment Factories, clearance of ₦36.9 billion in pension arrears, implementation of a ₦70,000 minimum wage, the ₦306 million NKATA grant and ₦2 billion in SME loans.
The Movement further cited improved security through Operation Crush as evidence of what it described as the administration’s commitment to the development and security of the state.
The group reaffirmed its “unalloyed loyalty” to Agwu and pledged to work under his leadership towards the actualisation of what it called the 4+4 mandate, with the aim of securing consolidation and continuity beyond 2027.
The statement was issued in Umuahia, Abia State, on October 6, 2026.
