The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Prof. Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda, has congratulated the First Lady of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, on her 66th birthday.
In a goodwill message issued on Sunday, Yilwatda, on behalf of the APC National Working Committee, leaders and millions of party members, described the First Lady as a woman whose life has been marked by service, compassion and sacrifice.
He said Senator Tinubu had distinguished herself as a “true mother of the nation,” adding that her compassion transcends political, ethnic, religious and geographical boundaries.
According to him, the First Lady’s interventions through the Renewed Hope Initiative in areas including education, healthcare, women and youth empowerment, as well as support for vulnerable Nigerians, have demonstrated a commitment to improving the lives of citizens.
Yilwatda said her initiatives reflected the importance of restoring dignity, rekindling hope and giving Nigerians confidence in a better future.
The APC chairman also commended the First Lady for her support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the Federal Government pursues economic transformation and national renewal.
He said her strength, wisdom, prayers and understanding had provided an important pillar of support for the President as he handles the responsibilities of leading the country.
“Your partnership exemplifies the power of shared purpose in the service of a nation,” Yilwatda said.
He prayed that God would continue to strengthen and preserve the First Lady, granting her good health, wisdom, grace and renewed energy to continue her service to Nigerians.
Yilwatda also prayed for continued blessings upon her marriage to President Tinubu and their family, wishing her greater fulfilment in the years ahead.
He concluded by wishing Senator Oluremi Tinubu a happy 66th birthday and praying that her life would continue to be a blessing to Nigeria and humanity.
