Further concerns about compromise and integrity on the part of the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC) Professor. Mahmoud Yakubu on the 2023 General elections have been raised.
Daily Review Online gathered that INEC awarded contract for the printing of result sheets for the governorship elections to be held on
Saturday, March 18 for Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi and Sokoto states to the gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Adamawa, Senator Aishatu Binani.

The contract with total value at N434, 372,694(Four Hundred and Thirty Four Million, Three Hundred and Seventy Two Thousand, Six Hundred and Forty Nine Naira, Seventy Seven kobo) only was awarded to Binani Press owned by Senator Binani. It is located at Plot 436, Zambezi Crescent, Maitama District, Abuja.
Those who spoke to Daily Review Online on the conditions of anonymity said this and other contracts she has  benefitted from government agencies like INEC played a role in her emergence as a gubernatorial candidate, against stipulated rules.
