Cristiano Ronaldo has netted his 500th career league goal, before adding two more to complete a 53 minute hat-trick and a fourth in the 61st minute.

The Portuguese superstar netted 311 goals for Real Madrid, 103 in two separate spells for Manchester United, 81 for Juventus, three for Sporting and now five for Al-Nassr.

His first goal of the game had to be checked by VAR for offside, but Ronaldo had timed his run to perfection and the 500 goal barrier was broken.

His four goals com after some concerning comments from team-mate Luis Gustavo. “Certainly, the presence of Cristiano makes it difficult for us,” he told RT Arabic. “As all teams seek to participate against him in the best possible way, and he gives motivation to everyone.”

Ronaldo is now 38, but seems to have found his feet in a new league with Thursday’s performance.
