Cristiano Ronaldo has officially finalised his move to Saudi Arabian side Al-Nassr, the club have confirmed.
The Portuguese superstar had been available on a free transfer after his contract with Manchester United was terminated during the World Cup.
And he now has a new club after putting pen to paper on a two-year contract with Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia.
Ronaldo had preferred to stay in European football, citing a desire to compete in the Champions League, but received no appropriate offers in the wake of his Old Trafford exit.
That is according to CBS Sports, who also report that the former Real Madrid man’s deal is worth €75 million per season.
The Riyadh-based side currently sit top of the Pro League.
