Romelu Lukaku secures first Champions League win with Chelsea

Chelsea got their Champions League defence off to a perfect start with a 1-0 victory over Zenit St Petersburg.

The Blues dominated the clash at Stamford Bridge and got their reward midway through the second half as Romelu Lukaku header home from a perfectly-placed Cesar Azpilicueta cross.
