Less than 24 hours after peace was brokered by the Governors Forum between Miyetti Allah and agitated Youruba youths, a property belonging to Sunday Igboho was on Tuesdsy set ablaze in what appears to be a reprisal.

The building is his Soka residence in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, though he no longer lives there.

An wye witness said the attackers gained access into the compound from the rear wing.
“We have it on good authority that the main target is Igboho’s main home in Ibadan. But it is hard to gain access because of the security there”, the source added.
Recall that Igboho made headlines last week after his ultimatum to the Fulani in Oyo to quit the state.

He accused the Northerners of masterminding abductions and killings in the state.
