An unidentified man was on Friday flogged and paraded for raping a little girl inside a church in Warri, Delta State. HGS Media Plus reports.
The incident happened last Friday inside one House Of Grace Church in Idachaba street, near Ekpan Secondary school.
The little girl, (name withheld) was threatened with death by the suspect after raping her inside the church on knife point.
According to the victim, the suspect threatened to killed her if she told anyone about what he did to her but the grandmother of the girl later found out what happened when her grand daughter complained of pains while trying to carry her.
The mother reported the matter to the community chief, Comrade Stephen Akemu who ordered for the arrest of the suspect.
He was then flogged mercilessly before being paraded in the community
