The proverb that everyday is for the thief but one day is for the owner of the house came three in Upata, Ahoada East local government area of Rivers state on Tuesday as a 70-year old rapist was caught and chained to a pole.
Reports said that the man who had allegedly raped a 10-year old girl, was given the beating of his life b an enraged mob before being chained to a pole. He was not immediately identified but was later handed over to the police.
