Renowned Prophet and fiery spiritual crusader, Prophet Anthony Nwoko has declared that the current agitators for the actualization of the Biafran project will not succeed in their efforts, saying they lack the spiritual backing.
Prophet Nwoko who spoke recently to the press, noted that the Biafran project has been ordained by God and only those who have the spiritual backing can make it come through.
“All the pro Biafra agitators, Nnamdi Kanu and others, including Ralph Uwazuruike will not deliver Biafra. They don’t have the spiritual gift to do that. Independent Peoples of Biafra (IPOB) and other Biafra agitators should stop their agitation and
accept Christ. The glory of the Biafran nation is a project of Christ. They don’t have the spiritual backing.
“Let me say it again. A new Biafran flag has been flown in the spirit. It has White and blue as its colours. White symbolises peace, while Blue is a symbol of power. So the present agitators flying the former flag of Biafra everywhere are flouting a dead project.
Prophet Nwoko maintained that only a spiritually-anointed man of God can see to the realization of the struggle. He said: “This is the desire of the sovereign Lord, and his message must be proclaimed. That Prophet that would see to the actualization of this dream must have the mark and insignia of the Supreme God. He must be God’s mouthpiece. He must be uncompromising. He is conscious of his divine call; a man of prayer and communion with God; he must have God’s authority and backing. He must be outspoken against evil in the society.”
He said only a healthy church can save Nigeria. “If the many religious leaders in the south east and in Nigeria have not compromised their calling, Nigeria would have been a great nation today and Biafra would have taken place for long.
“But Religious leaders have failed the nation. They have compromised on all fronts.
Religious leaders from Enugu state have refused to proclaim the glory and the light from South East. Where is Rev. Bishop Chukwuma and Father Mbaka? I have been to these people several times to ask them to declare the glory from the South East but they snubbed me.
“The light of the country is from the South East and must be proclaimed. If they fail to let Biafra go, the country would be in disarray.”
Prophet Nwoko urged Igbos to wake up from their slumber and should stop despising the glory of God. “Ndigbo generally should embrace God who is the giver of freedom, as the restoration of Biafra is divine. They are number one and have a great role to play in the world. Enugu bears that sign of the moon and star.”
He condemned the call for the restructuring of Nigeria, insisting that is not the solution, because mutual suspicion and acrimony still exists in the the country. “Igbo leaders should rather insist on restoration instead of restructuring as this will not lead to the restoration of Biafra.”
While regretting the number of Igbo youths who have been killed because of the Biafran struggle, he restated his call for the trial of MASSOB leader, Uwazuruike for the killing of hundreds of people in Souht East in 1999 Uwazuruike compromised on the struggle. His intention to install Radio Biafra will fail. He rejected the glory of a Biafra in Okwe in 2005 and his latest effort in establishing Radio Biafra would further deceive thousands.
On the quit notice giving to Igbos in the north by Arewa youths, Prophet Nwoko said it was a welcome development as it may be a channel that God would use to actual use His divine will for Biafra.
He said those calling for the boycott of the November general elections in Anambra State were doing more harm than good, admonishing that boycott of elections at this period was a blunt weapon to use in the struggle for the restoration of Biafra. This was as he noted that should the peoples will be allowed, that Governor Willie Obiano will be reflected. “They should forget Anambra State. Obiano will definitely serve out his second term,” he enthused.
He commended Igbo youths especially those in Asian countries for their unflinching support for the restoration of Biafra, urging them not to lose hope but to be steadfast and committed as God would accomplish the project through his anointed ones.
He prophesied that the remaining IPOB members still in detention would be released soon.
