Independence day Message to Buhari: You have nothing to offer

Spread the love

Since President Muhammadu Buhari came into power in June 29th, 2015, Nigeria has kept on moving back ward with no single stride forward. It is presently obvious that the present administration has nothing to offer and no answer for the lingering financial situation confronting the nation and her citizens.
Nigerian leaders have turned the nation to a motion picture theater where they imply themselves the film directors and the viewers are only powerless in having a say on the result of the outcome. Clearly President Buhari is exceptionally confounded as he is bouncing from one supposition answer for the other.
At firstly, he thought he would hide under the guise of blaming the previous administration. He did that effectively well until a year after where the hunger in the country wore Agbada and Sokoto and Nigerians couldn’t hold it any longer. Indeed, even few days back, Buhari has demanded faulting his predecessors in spite of how Nigerians feel about it or not.
Speaking at an event tagged “An evening with creative youths”, Buhari attempted to defend what Nigerians termed “passing the buck”. He said “I am going to bore you with what we met. I know that I am being accused in the papers of passing the buck, but passing the buck is sometimes absolutely necessary to remind people who take things for granted.
“When we came in, I screamed to high heavens because I had promised a lot while seeking votes.
“I said where is the saving? There was no saving. There was no infrastructure, power, rails, roads, there was none. What did we spend the money on? I was told buying food and petrol.
“Where were the billions going? We conducted a study and found out that the oil marketers were committing fraud on at least one third ‎of what they were importing, which is about 25 per cent of our foreign exchange.”
Since Nigerians are no more considering that important, the President moved to support a bill which will give him extreme power that really undermine the legal and national assembly. He guaranteed having the power would make him solve the problems of Nigerian over night.
In the wake of coming up short, he moved to launched a campaign he called “changestartswithme”, a move that was generally censured by Nigerians home abroad. He asked for Nigerians to begin the change which he guaranteed. He asserted it won’t begin with him since we as a whole have a part to play in propelling Nigeria. He overlooked leadership by example, he overlooked that he has not shown to Nigerians any confirmation that he had lessened his spending, decreased his aides appointments or sell his private jets fleets in his ownership. He forgot he couldn’t demonstrate the case to Nigerians by terminating individuals from his political party who have been accused for padding the budget, and his Chief of staff who was accused for taking bribe from MTN to lessen the organization’s fine.
Buhari’s only source of hope is his believed fight against corruption a strategy he utilized to hush his oppositions and other political adversaries especially from the Eastern part of Nigeria. In spite of the fact that we are in democracy, the administration has kept on holding the previous National Security Adviser of the nation, Col. Sambo Dasuki and the Leader of Biafra, Mr. Nnamdi Kanu in jail.
Nigerians are so frustrated that some are willing to sell their children in order to eat three square meals for at least 2 days; some are willing to sell their bosses or kill their families for ritualists if it could bring in some money. Buhari has reduced Nigerians reputation to nothing but the last air in a woman’s pubic, our integrity is now questioned even though he is being clapped for by the international company who probably would be mocking him behind his back.
Buhari realized on his Independence Day speech how disappointed Nigerians are when he told the country that he contested for four times before Nigerians frustratingly gave him a chance. He is downing on the President that he has nothing to offer. Buhari has blamed his inability to meet up with all his campaign promises to the fall in oil price but forgot that releasing the list of Boko Haram sponsors as he promised does not require Nigerian crude oil.
Buhari in October 2015 vowed to deal with Boko Haram and bring sponsors to Justice. The President said “This government is determined to stamp out Boko Haram and all other terrorists of whatever persuasions and bring all sponsors to justice.”
Buhari has been able to give excuses for everything but could not or haven’t been able to find his way out of the fact that he could not BRING BOKO HARAM SPONSORS TO JUSTICE. His only consolation that Nigerians are becoming to have peace from the terrorists former territories are turning to a nightmare as Boko Haram few days ago, hoist its flags in three community in Borno State.
One would ask why an actually crushed, according to Minister for Information, Lai Mohammed, or the vanquished Boko Haram, as indicated by President Buhari still has energy to derrick flags in communities after killings tens of innocent Nigerians.
Nigerians are presently getting to be mindful that they are all alone however President Buhari continues giving them a miserable hope just to spare his face and that of his party. I am certain that Bola Tinubu, the grandmaster and the PHD holder of election rig, is however embarrassed of himself now. I think about how the letter essayist, Chief Olusegun Obasano is feeling now in the wake of removing his formal kid, Goodluck Jonathan for declining to give him regard and handover his confidence in a dullard who could not improve his cattle 30 years after.
Could Buhari be losing regards in the eyes of his northern brothers since everyone now device a way to complain the hardship by saying FOR THIS BUHARI ERA? The cooperation the Nigerian government had after Buhari came into power in the three major terrorists quarters may be going down and Chibok girls parents are highly disappointed as they now see the actual face behind the mask they ignorantly followed. How dumb was the decision to vote for the same man Boko Haram appointed to speak for them during a peace deal between the then federal government and the terrorists?
The silliest move by Buhari as of late was the idea to sell National Assets. Nigerians could get up one morning and realize that Lagos and Abuja airports have been sold to Dangote. The idea has appeared to Nigerians that the man at the helm of affair has encircled himself with nitwits and lushes pretty much as Jonathan was blamed for. Buhari has kept on testing Nigerians tolerance and endeavors to go after their knowledge since he has possessed the capacity to crease a few media under his wings who whether great or terrible would keep on selling a vacant cerebrum for penury.
It is very hard to realize that $1 is now more than N500 barely a year and 4 months after Buhari took over. Nigerians are begging Buhari to return the country back to where he met it, they are willing to accept corruption if things could just fall back to where it used to be. This explains the saying that IF YOU DON’T LOSE SOMETHING, YOU DON’T KNOW HOW VALUABLE IT IS. The devil incarnate has finally taken over the power wheel and the country destination is not guaranteed.
I have searched and thought if there is another Babangida to drag the President out of the office just as Babangida did in 1985 before Buhari could capsize the country boat.
