The founder of One Love Family, Satguru Maharaj Ji has said that he
would not be deterred by the non rrcognition of his ability by the
Nigeria Football Association (NFF) as he would continue to support the
body.

While speaking after receiving a gold merit awars from the Discovery Sports Federation (DSF) in Ibadan, Maharaj Ji said his support for the Super Eagles would not ware despite NFF not acknowledging his effort. He explained that he had willingly donated the 2013 AFCON trophy to the
Super Eagles as a spiritual leader who is a Nigerian resident in the
country adding that he was initially sad over the way NFF heaped
praises on someone else after he donated the trophy.

The perfect Living Master said that he was pained further on seeing that
the NFF did not heed his instruction that Victor Enyiama, the teams
goalkeeper should not wear blue jersies stressing that this singular
act nearly cost the team victory in one of the matches.
Satguru Maharaj Ji pointed out that he would help the team and indeed
the NFF in its quest for glory saying he expects NFF to turn a new
leaf by heeding his instruction and acknowledging him in thier hearts.

Meanwhile, Satguru Maharaj Ji has said that he would embark upon grassroots football development as the award by the Oyo State Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) and the Discovery Sports Federation (DSF) had spurred him to action.

It would be recalled that Oyo SWAN gave Satguru Maharaj Ji a
merit award in December 2013 while the Discovery Sports Federation
(DSF) gave him a gold merit award for his contribution to sports
development recently.

The spiritual leader stated further that he would not hesitate to contribute his quota to nation
building by his support of the Super Eagles and the NFF despite his
plan to embark on grassroot football development.
