A road crash involving a fully loaded 45,000-litre diesel tanker has claimed five lives at Aduloju Bus Stop along the Ojoo–Iwo Road Expressway in Ibadan, Oyo State.
The incident occurred on Saturday, October 17, 2026, and involved the tanker, an unregistered car and four commercial taxis popularly known as Micra vehicles.
According to reports, the victims comprised two men and three women, who reportedly died in the crash.
Details surrounding the circumstances of the accident were still sketchy as of the time of filing this report.
