Nigerian disc jockey and singer, Florence Otedola, popularly known as DJ Cuppy, has revealed that she is considering quitting social media and moving to the countryside to live a quieter life.
DJ Cuppy disclosed this in a post on her X account on Tuesday, where she suggested that she was contemplating a major lifestyle change away from the constant activity of social media and city life.
She wrote: “Just still thinking about deleting social media, moving to the countryside and buying 3 goats. Nothing major.”
The post has sparked interest among her followers, given the entertainer’s prominent presence on social media, where she regularly shares updates about her music, personal life and interactions with fans.
However, Cuppy did not say that she had made a final decision to delete her social media accounts or relocate to the countryside.
Her comment appears to reflect a desire for a simpler and more secluded lifestyle away from the demands and visibility that come with maintaining a strong online presence.
