The Immediate Past Nigerian Ambassador to Mexico and Pro-Chancellor of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ambassador Adejare Bello, has congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Muslim faithful across Nigeria on the successful completion of the Ramadan fast and the celebration of Eid-el-Fitr.
In a goodwill message, Bello commended Muslims for their steadfastness, devotion, and spiritual discipline throughout the holy month, noting that Ramadan reflects core values such as sacrifice, patience, charity, and unity.
He urged Nigerians to sustain the virtues of peace, love, tolerance, and national cohesion beyond the festive period, stressing that these ideals are critical to the nation’s progress and stability.
The former envoy also offered prayers for President Tinubu, asking for renewed strength, wisdom, and divine guidance as he continues to lead the country.
Bello further prayed for enduring peace, unity, and prosperity across Nigeria, while extending special prayers to the people of Osun State and the Ede community for continued harmony and development.
He also sought divine blessings for the Timi of Ede, praying for wisdom, long life, and a peaceful reign.
The statement concluded with a goodwill message to Muslim faithful, wishing them a joyous Eid celebration filled with hope and blessings.
