A coalition of non indigenous people in FCT have given their blessings to the candidature of the APC senatorial candidate Senator Philip Tanimu Aduda
At a meeting held in Gwagwalada on Tuesday, the coalition which consisted of Igala, Tiv, Yoruba, Igbo and Idoma ethnic groups described Aduda as the best among the 18 contestants.
The spokesman of the group, Sylvester Amodu described Aduda as a seasoned politician that has been in the Federal legislature.
He said the meeting also assessed the various contestants and found out that Aduda is shoulder high above the rest.
He recalled that Aduda who has been in the Senate as Minority Chief Whip doesn’t discriminate against non indigene.
The various ethnic groups admitted that they have benefited from democracy dividends from Aduda ‘as he favours the indigene so does he attends to non indigene in FCT ”
The group therefore resolved that they would go out and mobilize for the victory of Aduda come January 16th.
