Nigerian award-winning singer, Tiwa Savage, has revealed that she is open to the idea of becoming a second wife, given her current stage in life and the kind of men now showing interest in her.
Speaking on a recent episode of the American podcast Air Service, the 44-year-old singer said most of her potential suitors are either much older or already married.
“If I meet somebody who can really marry me, they are either in their 50s or already married,” she explained. “So, I don’t know. Maybe I can be a second wife. I think so. I could be a second wife.”
Savage, who is a mother of one, added that she would have no problem coexisting peacefully with a first wife. According to her, she would be respectful, unproblematic, and focused on her music career.
“I think I can get along with the first wife and she’s going to love me because I’m not going to be troublesome,” she said. “I’ll be going on tours, not stressing anyone. I’m very respectful, and I know you are the first wife, so I’d give you that respect.
