11. Questioned about directing the public to destroy government property in Lagos — witness acknowledges but unaware charge was struck out.
12. Second prosecution witness called in.
13. Prosecution begins questioning of their witness.
14. Witness confirms knowing Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
15. Witness states he met Mazi Nnamdi Kanu at DSS office in Abuja for questioning.
16. Witness testifies that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was leader of a proscribed group.
17. Witness alleges Kanu established Eastern Security Network (ESN), described as an armed group.
18. Asked about the setting of a meeting with Kanu — witness responds.
19. Letter from former Attorney General is distributed in court for proper reading.
20. Defense lead counsel Agabi maintains the letter was not included in the evidence.
21. Agabi insists that if the letter was served, he should be allowed to view it.
22. Prosecution officially withdraws the letter from the former Attorney General through a motion; Awomolo continues presenting other documents.
23. Witness asked to narrate events from 2012.
24. Further discussions around interview phase and what transpired.
25. Witness claims Kanu incited people to burn down houses.

27. Defense, led by Kanu Agabi, objects: they have not received the documents.
28. Prosecution responds: “We are prepared to serve them.”
29. Defense says they have not received most documents presented by the prosecution.
30. Even the trial judge confirms he did not receive the said documents.
31. Defense insists neither a video nor letter from the former Attorney General was served.
32. Prosecution requests case be postponed until tomorrow.
33. Justice Omotosho insists all documents must be served to the defense for examination.
34. Justice Omotosho reiterates: documents intended for use must be shared with defense.
35. Defense notes it is necessary to file an application for the release of Nnamdi Kanu’s belongings.
