“I’ve thwarted those scheming against me,” asserted Fubara, Rivers State Governor, during a meeting with the state and national leaderships of Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) at the Government House in Port Harcourt. Fubara, reflecting on the legacy of Major Isaac Adaka Boro, emphasized the importance of unity and liberation for all Rivers people. He expressed gratitude for the support and pledged to continue working for the state’s progress. The IYC leaders echoed his sentiments, urging detractors to cease their disruptions and allow Fubara to govern peacefully.
