Barcelona fans took aim at Real Madrid on Saturday night after their side secured a comfortable 2–0 victory over Osasuna at Camp Nou.

Raphinha scored both goals to seal the win, which extended Barcelona’s lead at the top of La Liga to seven points ahead of second-placed Real Madrid, who were due to face Alavés on Sunday.

With Real Madrid coming off defeats to Celta Vigo in La Liga and Manchester City in the Champions League, pressure has increased on head coach Xabi Alonso. That situation did not go unnoticed by the home supporters, who chanted “Xabi, stay!” in a mocking reference to Madrid’s recent struggles.

Despite the growing gap at the top of the table, Barcelona manager Hansi Flick refused to dwell on their rivals after the match. He focused instead on his team’s performance and momentum, noting the importance of continuing their improved form after a challenging period earlier in the season.

Flick also highlighted the positive impact of having key players return and stressed that his attention remains firmly on Barcelona’s progress rather than Real Madrid’s problems.
